Liam Andrew is a graduate student in Comparative Media Studies at MIT, and a research assistant at HyperStudio, MIT's digital humanities lab. His research interests range from the history of information, hypertext, and reference, to the verbal and visual representation of aural phenomena. He has worked as a software engineer, archivist, book indexer, and translator. He is also a sound designer and musician.
